Cancellation policy
The booking deposits are non-refundable.
200sf-800sf spaces: You have up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event to cancel without any other charges. Once inside of 2 weeks (14 days), your credit card on file will be charged the balance of your base fee. Catering, if applicable, will be settled with the credit card on file at the time of the event.
2400sf spaces: You have up to 1 month (30 days) prior to the event to cancel without any other charges. Once less than 30 days remain before the event, your credit card on file will be charged the balance of your base fee. Catering, if applicable, will be settled with the credit card on file at the time of the event. If you cancel or postpone inside of 30 days all fees collected to date will be non-refundable.
3400sf events: You have up to 1 months (30 days) prior to the event to cancel without any other charges. Once less than 30 days remain before the event, your credit card on file will be charged the balance of your total fee (including catering). If you cancel or postpone inside of 60 days all fees collected to date will be non-refundable.
