This venue is home to New York’s largest retractable rooftop. Located in the heart of Midtown, this restaurant offers both private and semi-private space for a variety of events whether it is for 25 people or 800 people.
The cancellation fee is 50% between 60 days and 3 days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled in less than 3 days, the cancellation fee is 100%.

The deposit amount is 50%. The booking deposit refund depends on when you cancel.
Planned’s grace period means you can book without worry for 24 hours. We’ll provide a full refund for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking confirmation (though no later than 48 hours prior to the event start date).
